Our Tuscan bubble, classic method, made from only Trebbiano Toscano grapes, aged 36 months on the lees. The result is surprising , a fresh, lively, non-invasive sparkling wine, perfect for all festive occasions and friendships. Ideal for an aperitif, it goes well with fish dishes, appetizers, cheeses and cured meats.

I can’t think what my adolescence would have been like without Zanaga.
Maurizio Lepri, but to everyone, Zanaga. Although I knew him as a child, I don’t remember the real reason for this nickname; those who know him certainly appreciate his spontaneity and kindness.
A rare, true, sincere friend and companion of many adventures to be recounted every time we have a gathering of friends; the friend who lets himself be teased for his fears, for his fantasies, for his often implausible stories, the friend to defend, the friend who makes you a child again, an eternal Peter Pan.
This is why I dedicate this sparkling wine to Zanaga, because the bubbles are effervescent, vivacious, cheerful, pleasant, spontaneous, and so on, as there is no end to the adjectives that belong to this great friend of mine.
